Code Coach Pack

Everything you need to run a project-based coding camp across five days.

The format

  • 5 days x 3 hours/day = 15 hours total.
  • Day 5's last hour is the parent demo. That leaves 14 hours of working time.
  • Audience: mixed-ability room, ages 7-13.
  • Default path: complete the core project first, then use stretch challenges for fast finishers.

How the pack is organized

How to use each day page

Each Day N page has:

  1. At a glance — a minute-by-minute table you can keep visible.
  2. Per-block notes — what to say, what to watch for, and when to move on.
  3. End-of-day reflection — a short prompt that helps students remember what they built.

Pacing model

The schedule is 2-3-3-2 + demo:

Things to do before Day 1

  • Email parents the format and demo time.
  • Make sure every machine can open the course tools and the Creator Hub site.
  • Print this pack or keep it open on a second screen.
  • Walk through the first build block yourself before students arrive.
  • Decide whether the room will use a shared theme, individual themes, or free choice.
