Rewards terms

Learning earns XP and achievement badges. Optional collectible claims in My Collection and exchanges in the Reward Store spend available XP.
Earn XP by learning. Claim collectibles with available XP in My Collection, or exchange XP for administrator-selected Reward Store products. Staff-delivered rewards require funded stock; cancellation returns reserved XP.
The rules
- Complete the work honestly. Your coach can review your project and help with missing XP.
- Learning earns lifetime XP and available XP. Spending never reduces your lifetime XP or level.
- Meet collectible requirements, then spend the displayed available XP to claim an item. Achievement badges and coach recognition remain earned awards.
- Digital items arrive immediately. Staff-delivered rewards reserve XP until staff fulfill them.
- Cancellation returns reserved XP. Availability depends on funded inventory shown in the Reward Store.
- Personalization is optional. Accessibility settings are always available, and earned seasonal items stay yours.
Balances and delivery
Lifetime XP records your credited learning and recognition and determines your level. Available XP is the amount you can spend. Reserved XP is held for a staff-delivered order. Mastery achievements require completed learning; recognition XP does not replace that work.
Claimed collectibles arrive immediately and remain in your collection. Staff-delivered rewards reserve XP and stock; fulfillment spends that reservation. Cancellation returns the reserved XP and stock once. Your account shows each order and its status. Tell a coach about missing XP or a delivery problem.
The Reward Store shows current stock and availability. Staff fulfill reserved rewards; there is no automatic Robux payout schedule.Robux and other rewards
Administrators select store products, set prices and provide funded inventory. There is no automatic Robux ladder. The centre may offer physical items, gift cards and supported digital items with separate prices and availability. Check the listing before exchanging XP.
Rewards are provided by theCoderSchool, not Roblox. Roblox is not involved in this course or its rewards, and its own account terms still apply. Staff arrange any required delivery details privately. XP has no cash value and cannot be transferred between students.
Personalization and corrections
Collectible cards show any learning requirement and the XP cost to claim the item. Spending XP does not replace a learning requirement. Starter items, coach recognition, achievement badges and completed-collection badges cost no XP. Owned seasonal items remain yours after an event ends. Centre and classroom policies may temporarily hide an item without removing ownership. Accessibility controls remain free.
Administrators may change future prices, stock and supported earning rules. Existing orders keep their recorded price. Corrections require a recorded reason and an immutable adjustment; ordinary spending never reduces lifetime XP. Ask your coach to review a missing or incorrect credit.
